Appendix B: NET101 Virtual COM Port

The NET101 could be used as a virtual COM port on your Windows system. The

virtual COM port driver is supported on the Windows2000, Windows2003 and

Windows XP. After installation the virtual COM port driver, the NET101 will be act like

a remote COM port of your system.

The installation procedure is here followed:

1. Execute the ‘Net101.exe’ in the “Net101 driver” subdirectory of the CD.

2. Open the “Device Manager” on your system.
